Initialement prévue vendredi matin, la mise à terre du Sodebo Fifty a eu lieu dès les premières appartions du jour ce mercredi matin à Lorient La Base. Le trimaran a été convoyé du quai du Péristyle à la Base hier en fin d'après-midi.
Dès 8 h les équipes étaient à pieds d'œuvre pour démâter, et mettre à terre la plateforme avant que la tempête fasse son apparition. Une fois à terre, le trimaran a été roulé jusqu'à la base du Team Sodebo, où il est entré en chantier pour quatre mois et une profonde remise à niveau.
